TRIP PLANNING CONSULTATION

We begin with a consultative process to understand your interests and preferences, travel dates, and how you wish to experience Japan. This ensures alignment in expectations and allows us to outline the planning process in detail for the design of your journey.

TRAVEL DESIGN & PLANNING

This bespoke travel design and planning investment covers the creation of a personalized travel experience designed exclusively for you. Leveraging our deep knowledge and trusted local relationships, we curate accommodations and experiences chosen for their quality, authenticity, and sense of place.

BESPOKE TRAVEL DESIGN PROPOSAL

Once your travel design and trip planning are complete, we will provide your bespoke itinerary for review. It highlights all key elements of your journey and includes up to two (2) revisions. Any additional changes beyond these will incur a new travel design fee.

TRIP MANAGEMENT

Following presentation of your bespoke travel design, we oversee the execution and coordination of all travel arrangements secured through us. This includes securing highly sought-after accommodations, arranging access to experiences not typically available to the public, and managing complex logistics in close coordination with our trusted partners.

Your journey to Japan is brought to life through thoughtful coordination at every stage. This includes access to exceptional experiences, sought-after dining reservations, and meaningful local encounters, all seamlessly integrated within a fully bespoke Japan travel experience designed exclusively for you.

Domestic Travel

All domestic flights, transfers, and transportation within Japan are fully secured and executed. Every connection and detail is managed to ensure seamless movement between destinations as part of your complete journey. Please note this is not offered as a stand-alone service.

Exclusive Accommodation Selection

We curate and secure the best possible room for your stay, including exclusive or highly sought-after accommodations. We coordinate all communication with the property and arrange special requests for your stay.

Curated Dining & Private Experiences in Japan

    Every aspect of your dining and cultural journey is seamlessly managed. We secure reservations at intimate and highly sought-after dining venues and arrange curated cultural experiences. Every moment is handled with care and discretion to provide private, refined, and authentic experiences that only a fully coordinated journey in Japan can offer.

Bespoke Trip Planning & Services Policy:

    Bespoke Travel Design & Trip Planning

    Each engagement curates a bespoke travel design, tailored to the Client’s interests, pace, and preferences. It is shaped by cultural depth, seasonal nuance, and highly considered recommendations, reflecting the professional expertise, discretion, and time required to provide bespoke travel design and planning services. Our bespoke journeys are typically designed with a travel investment of USD 1,600 per person, per day, reflecting our focus on high-end, authentic experiences.

    Bespoke Trip Management

    Provides oversight of complex travel logistics, coordination with suppliers, and seamless execution of all agreed-upon travel arrangements, including accommodations, high-end dining reservations, transportation, domestic flights, activities, spa and wellness, cultural experiences, and other pre-approved curated experiences. Access is restricted to the paying client.

    Exclusive Accommodation Selection

    We work primarily with refined ryokan and luxury hotels ranging from USD 1,000 to USD 5,000+ per room, per night. These stays emphasize authentic omotenashi and cultural immersion.

    Transparent Pricing

    Clients are fully informed of all trip cost components, including professional service fees and supplier charges.

    Revisions & Changes

    Your Bespoke Travel Design will be delivered via email within (2) two weeks of your request. It includes up to two (2) revisions. Any changes beyond these two revisions will incur a new Bespoke Travel Design & Planning fee.

    Any new bespoke travel design and trip planning, bookings, or changes to existing reservations requested or made within forty-five 45 days of the scheduled departure for travel to Japan will incur a supplementary fee of USD 400.

    Cancellations

    We understand that Clients’ plans may change; however, due to the time, expertise, and relationships required to secure reservations, cancellations or modifications of any confirmed bookings—whether prior to departure or during travel—may incur an administrative fee of USD 500 per change, in addition to any supplier-imposed penalties.
