Bespoke Travel Design
We work through a consultative process to understand what you hope to experience through your travels in Japan and then design and book customized itineraries. This includes family travel, honeymoons/anniversaries, solo travel around Japan trips, adventure travel, wellness travel and more.

How We Work

TRIP PLANNING CONSULTATION
In this stage, we'll discuss your travel dates, interests, and preferences for your Japan trip. We will also outline the next steps and provide an overview of our professional fees, which vary based on the complexity and scope of the travel planning and booking services required.

TRIP PLANNING
This non-refundable service investment covers the creation of a personalized travel experience designed exclusively for you. Leveraging our expertise, insider knowledge, and local connections, we design a tailor-made itinerary featuring exclusive accommodations, unique experiences, and hidden gems.

BESPOKE ITINERARY PROPOSAL
Once your itinerary design and trip planning are complete, we will provide your bespoke itinerary for review. It highlights all key elements of your journey and includes up to three (3) revisions. Any additional changes beyond these will incur a new travel design fee.

EXPERIENCE
Now, you can begin your journey around Japan with complete confidence, knowing that every detail has been taken care of. Our Concierge Service is here to assist you, and you can reach out for support from the start of your trip until the end of your stay.

BESPOKE ITINERARY DESIGN & TRIP PLANNING
Our travel design and trip planning fee starts at $200 per adult for up to 7 days of travel. This covers bespoke planning, recommendations, including accommodations, dining, transportation, activities, and special requests.
The price may vary depending on the length and complexity of the trip. For a personalized quote, please contact us directly.

Full Trip Planning Package
Add these services to your bespoke itinerary, and we’ll handle all bookings and reservations—from hotels, ryokans, and public transportation to exclusive experiences and other concierge services. These services are offered exclusively as part of a full bespoke itinerary and trip planning package, ensuring a high-touch, seamless luxury travel experience.
Air Travel
International flight : $40 per ticket
Domestic flight : $30 per ticket
Should you wish to have assistance with your international flights to Japan or domestic flights within Japan, we can assist you, making it easier for you to get from one destination to the next. Please note that flight booking assistance is not offered as a stand-alone service.
Hotel Booking
$25 per room
This service secures the best possible room for your stay, including exclusive or highly sought-after accommodations. We coordinate all communication with the property and arrange special requests for your stay. Please note: Accommodation reservations are not offered as a stand-alone service. Hotel booking assistance is available only as part of a full bespoke itinerary and trip planning package.
Concierge Service
From $300 per trip
Our Concierge Service ensures your stay in Japan is seamless. We provide personalized support in English and Japanese for restaurant reservations, private transportation, spa treatments, entertainment, exclusive events and other activities in Japan. This service grants access to curated, authentic experiences.

Bespoke Itinerary Design & Trip PlanningCovers the trip planning, recommendations, and the time spent designing and refining your fully customized itinerary. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, and full payment must be received before services are rendered.
Children & InfantsChildren (ages 3–12) receive a 50% discount on the Trip Planning Fee.
Infants (ages 0–2) are complimentary.
Luxury AccommodationsWe typically work with hotels, ryokans and villas ranging from $1,000 to $4,500+ per night, ensuring the highest level of hospitality and authentic experiences in Japan.
Concierge ServiceIncludes restaurant reservations, transportation, cultural experiences, activities, spa and wellness bookings, and other agreed-upon travel arrangements. Access is restricted to the paying client.
Transparent PricingWhenever possible, we provide net, transparent pricing so clients are fully informed of all trip cost components.
Revisions & ChangesYour Bespoke Itinerary Design will be sent via email within one week of your request. It includes up to three revisions. Any changes beyond these three revisions will incur a new Trip Planning fee. For late bookings made within 45 days of departure, a supplementary fee of $200 will apply.
CancellationsWe understand that plans may change; however, due to the work done in advance to secure reservations, cancellations of any part of your bespoke trip within 30 days of departure may incur a $100 fee.
