Bespoke Travel Design
We work through a consultative process to understand what you hope to experience through your travels in Japan and then design and book customized itineraries. This includes family travel, honeymoons/anniversaries, solo travel around Japan trips, adventure travel, wellness travel and more.

TRIP PLANNING CONSULTATION
In this stage, we'll discuss your travel dates, interests, and preferences for your Japan trip. We will also outline the next steps and provide an overview of our professional fees, which vary based on the complexity and scope of the travel planning and booking services required.

TRIP PLANNING FEE
This non-refundable fee covers the bespoke design and planning of your trip. At this stage, we will leverage our travel expertise, knowledge, and connections to curate a personalized travel experience just for you. We will also work to secure exclusive benefits and perks that are typically unavailable when planning independently.

PERSONALIZED ITINERARY PROPOSAL
Once we’ve curated your travel plans, we will provide you with a detailed, bespoke itinerary that outlines all the key aspects of your trip. After reviewing your personalized itinerary, you’ll have the flexibility to request modifications. Please note that the itinerary includes up to three revisions. Any additional changes beyond these will incur a new travel design fee.

LUXURY TRAVEL DESIGN AND TRIP PLANNING
Our travel design and trip planning fee starts at $150 per adult for up to 5 days of travel. This covers bespoke planning, including accommodations, dining, transportation, activities, and special requests.
The price may vary depending on the length and complexity of the trip. For a personalized quote, please contact us directly.

Should you wish to have booking assistance with your international flight travel arrangements to Japan, Our travel advisors are available to provide assistance with every step of the booking process. We also arrange domestic flights within Japan, making it easier for you to get from one destination to the next.
Hotel Booking

Our travel advisor is here to help you booking exclusive accommodation to stay during your trip. We understand that Japan has thousands of accommodation options and not all of them are available in English, so we are here to assist you in booking luxury accommodation for an unforgettable experience.
Conceierge Service
$30 per Booking
$200 unlimited per trip
Our Concierge Service is designed to make your stay in Japan as hassle-free as possible. We will provide you with assistance in English and Japanese. This applies to the booking of local restaurants, private cars, taxi, trains, spa, guided tours, entertainment, and events, as well as other professional services in Japan.

To acknowledge the time, expertise, and effort Asatsuyu Japan Luxury Travel invests in curating your exceptional journey, we charge a Travel Design and Trip Planning Fee.
Our fees are for Overall Travel Design and Trip Planning. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. regardless of whether you decide to proceed with the trip or book the services.
The trip planning fee covers the discussion of your travel preferences and the time spent researching, designing, and refining your customized itinerary.
Full payment of the Travel Design Fee must be made before any services are rendered.
We typically work with luxury hotels ranging from $1,000 to $4,500+ per night, ensuring the highest level of hospitality and authentic experiences in Japan.
Should you wish us to handle all the bookings for your trip, Please use the Credit Card Authorization Form section to fill out the details of your credit card.
50% discount for Children (2~12 years old). Infant 0~2 years old is free.
Late Booking: A supplementary charge of $100 will apply to Travel Designs requested within 45 days of the scheduled departure date.
Whenever possible we work with net, transparent pricing so that our clients are fully informed of the components of their trip cost.
Your curated itinerary will be sent to you via email no later than 1 week after your request has been made. Changes after the initial proposal of a customized itinerary of up to three revisions will incur a new travel design fee.
Travel Design Fees and other Service Fees are subject to change at any moment, without the need for prior notice.
Changes and Cancellations: We understand that your plans may change, however, due to the work done in advance to secure reservations prior to your trip, we reserve the right to charge a $50 fee for changes or cancellations.
Concierge Fee is for booking and managing all components, and support while traveling. Access to the service is restricted to the paying client.
