TRIP PLANNING CONSULTATION

We begin with a consultative process to understand your interests and preferences, travel dates, and how you wish to experience Japan. This ensures alignment in expectations and allows us to outline the planning process in detail for the design of your journey.

TRIP PLANNING & DESIGN

This bespoke itinerary and planning investment covers the creation of a personalized travel experience designed exclusively for you. Leveraging our deep knowledge and trusted local relationships, we curate accommodations and experiences chosen for their quality, authenticity, and sense of place.

BESPOKE ITINERARY PROPOSAL

Once your itinerary design and trip planning are complete, we will provide your bespoke itinerary for review. It highlights all key elements of your journey and includes up to two (2) revisions. Any additional changes beyond these will incur a new travel design fee.

With every detail thoughtfully arranged, you are free to travel through Japan with confidence, knowing that your journey has been carefully prepared from start to finish.

Our Bespoke Itinerary Design & Trip Planning service provides expert guidance to create a journey tailored to your interests and preferences. This covers trip planning, efficient route planning, and recommendations in detail, including accommodations, dining, transportation, activities, and cultural experiences across Japan.

Add these services to your bespoke itinerary, and we will manage and coordinate pre-approved travel arrangements booked through Asatsuyu, including accommodations, transportation, private transfers, dining reservations, and curated experiences. These services are offered exclusively as part of a full bespoke itinerary and trip planning package, ensuring a high-touch, seamless luxury travel experience.

Air Travel

Domestic flight

Should you wish to have assistance with your domestic flights within Japan, we can assist you, making it easier for you to get from one destination to the next. Please note that flight booking assistance is not offered as a stand-alone service.

Exclusive Accommodation Selection & Booking

This service secures the best possible room for your stay, including exclusive or highly sought-after accommodations. We coordinate all communication with the property and arrange special requests for your stay.

Please note: Accommodation reservations are not offered as a stand-alone service and are only offered as part of a full bespoke itinerary and trip planning package.

Bespoke Trip Management

Ensures your stay in Japan is seamless. We manage complex logistics, coordinate every detail, and assist in English and Japanese with restaurant reservations, transportation, wellness experiences, entertainment, exclusive events, and activities in Japan. This service grants access to curated, authentic experiences.

Please note: This service is available only as part of a full bespoke itinerary and trip planning package and is not offered as a stand-alone option.

Bespoke Trip Planning & Services Policy:

It covers trip planning, efficient routes plan, and recommendations in detail, including exclusive accommodations, dining, transportation, activities, cultural experiences in Japan, and the time spent designing your fully personalized itinerary. Our bespoke itineraries are typically planned with a travel spend of USD 1,600 and above per person, per day, reflecting our focus on high-end, authentic experiences.

Children (ages 3–12) receive a 50% discount on the Trip Planning Fee.

Infants (ages 0–2) are complimentary.

Provides oversight of complex travel logistics, coordination with suppliers, and seamless execution of all agreed-upon travel arrangements, including accommodations, dining reservations, transportation, domestic flights, activities, spa and wellness, cultural experiences, and other pre-approved curated experiences. Access is restricted to the paying client.

We typically work with hotels, ryokans and villas ranging from $1,000 to $5,000+ per room, per night, ensuring the highest level of hospitality and authentic experiences in Japan.

Whenever possible, we provide net, transparent pricing so clients are fully informed of all trip cost components.

Your Bespoke Itinerary Design will be delivered via email within one week of your request. It includes up to two (2) revisions. Any changes beyond these two revisions will incur a new Trip Planning fee.

We understand that Client’s plans may change; however, due to the work done in advance to secure reservations, cancellations of any confirmed bookings for any part of your bespoke trip within 30 days of departure to Japan may incur an administrative fee of USD 100, in addition to any supplier-imposed penalties.
